Buckshot Roulette.

Buckshot Roulette is now on Steam and it has gamers obsessed with shooting themselves in the head. That doesn’t sound right but it is accurate.

The game has been amassing quite a following since its release on Itch.io last December. Developed by Mike Klubnika, the game has a pretty simple premise. You are playing Russian Roulette against The Dealer with a 12-gauge shotgun. At the start of each round a number of live and blank rounds are loaded into the gun. The player and Dealer take turns shooting either themselves or the other person with said gun.

To make the game more interesting, both players are distributed a handful of items as the game goes on. The goal of course is to get shot less times than the other guy.

And Steam gamers are loving it. The game peaked at over 9,000 concurrent users on Steam with a 96% overwhelmingly positive rating. And it’s cheap too, you can snag a copy for less than the cost of a delicious Big Mac. Actually you can buy two copies for less than a Big Mac, and possibly three if you live in the city.
